At Suzuki Canada, we’re anticipating a great – if shorter – summer racing season this year, with just a few events to savour: July 10-11 at Calabogie Motorsports Park and August 14-15 Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.
We know that our favourite riders are still getting plenty of track time as they are keeping their fingers crossed races will proceed as planned.
While CSBK races are still a little off in the distance, let’s show them a little love as we know they are waiting too!

Bike: GSX-R1000R
Trevor Daley is a veteran rider with ‘oil in his blood.’ At the tender age of 10, he cut his teeth on racing on four wheels beginning with competitive Go-Kart racing. From humble beginnings, he progressed through the ranks, moving into the larger North American races. Trevor transitioned from four wheels to two in 2011 and since has risen to the top of the ultra-competitive world of superbike racing, as the 2012 Canadian Super Bike National Champion.
Trevor never stops moving. He has made appearances on regional and national television shows such as Global Television and CityTV, promoting the sport of superbike racing. Trevor also owns and operates One Speed Chop Shop. Learn more about Trevor Daley and Suzuki Canada.

Bike: GSX-R1000
Alex Dumas is a young racing talent, who despite his age, is already racking up the experience as a rising star on the MotoAmerica tour in the US. He is currently participating in the Pro Feature Superbike category north of the border while he is working on obtaining a pilot’s license.
The ambitious young rider comes to racing naturally, following in the footsteps of his father, Francois, who was a front-line Pro Roadracer in Canada 20 years ago.
Dumas is looking forward to an exciting summer with plenty of racing, flying as well as stepping up to teach others at FAST Riding school.
Guillaume Fortin

Bike: GSX-R1000R
After winning the St. Eustache Amateur Superbike Race in 2019, Guillaume Fortin hopes for another great year in 2021. This year, he moves into Pro Superbike class and will be riding a Suzuki GSX-R1000R, which is exciting for both Suzuki Canada and Fortin!
Fortin is a member of Turcotte Performance team which won the Team of the Year award, also in 2019.
We’ll be watching with anticipation in July as the races have been postponed until the weekend of July 10-11.
