Présentation
This position is responsible for the Leadership functions for Technical Support, Warranty, Customer Service and Technical Training for all product lines imported and distributed within Canada (Motorcycle/Marine/ATV).
To accomplish the goals of this position, the individual will have experience in establishing company goals and building and leading teams to accomplish these goals. Travel to our dealerships across Canada and to National Consumer Shows to support our brands will be required from time to time. Technical knowledge in power sports or related industries is an asset.
Responsabilités
• Customer Service Support – This position creates and oversees our Customer Service functions for general information and technical support
• Technical Support – We provide Suzuki specific product knowledge and technical support to the technicians at the dealerships to prepare and repair consumer product at their locations. To do this, Technical policies/procedures and bulletins are developed
• Manage warranty policy/procedure and claims management in line with warranty policy, ensuring the process is as efficient as possible for the dealership and the customer
• Provide technical product training to our employees and dealership technicians to ensure the product is repaired quickly and efficiently

• Graduate of a technical or business program from a recognized post-secondary institution
• Computer skills – Must be very proficient with MS Office applications

The successful candidate will be a strong team player supporting other team members across Canada and at the Head Office in Barrie, Ontario. To accomplish the responsibilities of the position, regular on-site support at the dealer locations is essential. The company provides support for all business costs to accomplish this such as company vehicle, gas card, flights, hotels etc.

• Sales & Marketing Support – identify opportunities to showcase our product at our dealer locations, ensuring that the programs are aligned with consumer demand and support local and national consumer shows

• Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Create insightful reports and dashboards that support decision-making
• Analyze demand planning data to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely product availability
• Use Database for data extraction and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency gains
• Maintain accurate records within ERP systems and manage MRP processes effectively
• Communicate with suppliers (including freight and distribution vendors) to negotiate terms, place orders, and resolve any issues related to procurement
